This privacy policy notice does not apply to any of the websites or web applications we develop for our clients as we do not collect personal data from the visitors of our client's websites and/or web applications, our clients are responsible for maintaining their own privacy policy notices and GDPR compliance and we will take no responsibility for any privacy breaches or breaches of any kind. By accessing our websites, using our web applications and purchasing a service from Web Mastered Ltd., you agree with the privacy policy and the terms and conditions. We will make sure that you are always aware of these terms and notices.

What This Privacy Policy Notice Covers

This notice covers all of the websites and web applications we at Web Mastered Ltd. have built and are using for our business. This notice does not cover any of the websites and web applications that we have developed and are hosting for our clients.

The Web Mastered website is located at https://www.webmastered.cf/, this is not only a website but is also a web application. The website displays information on pages, whereas the web application (the Client Portal) takes in our client's information to allow the services to run properly.

What Data We Collect and How We Collect

When visiting any of the pages of our website, we collect analytical data using Google Analytics. We also use Cloudflare services to track and block spammers and malicious website traffic on our websites and our client's websites. This includes collecting the following data:

  • Time of visit
  • Page visited
  • Time spent on each page
  • Referring site details (the website URI which linked you to any of the websites or web applications which this privacy policy notice covers)
  • Type of browser
  • Type of operating system
  • Approximate network location
  • IP address (anonymised)

We also collect data that are filled out and submitted via any of the contact forms we have placed around the websites and web applications by clients and/or visitors. The data we collect are only the ones that are filled and submitted by the user.

We use a third-party payment gateway service called Stripe to ensure all our clients' payment details are handled as safely as possible. We collect the following data for payments:

  • Name (billing name)
  • Email address (billing email address)
  • Postal address (billing postal address)

Our clients also have access to the Client Portal, this is a web application that allows clients to sign into and view details and metrics related to their services and to contact the Web Mastered team. The client portal collects the following data:

  • Name
  • Email address

The Client Portal allows multiple email addresses to be entered and stored, however, only the email address that is set as "Primary" by the user will be used for communications. The name and email address of the user used for the Client Portal is normally the same as the one used for billing, however, the user can set either one independently.

The Client Portal also allows clients to view analytical metrics for both their website/web app and their server. Server metrics consists of data that are shown but are not stored, when a user requests to view their server's metrics, they will be shown with the real-time values of the following metrics:

  • Number of CPU cores
  • Utilisation of each CPU core
  • Average utilisation for the last 1, 5 and 15 minutes
  • Storage available and used
  • RAM available and used

Although not accessible via the Client Portal, Web Mastered Ltd. has access to view the CPU utilisation, load averages, RAM usage, storage usage and bandwidth over the past 14 days as this data is stored on an OS level on the servers.

We implement a third-party service called Sentry to monitor the performance of the code we write. Sentry is used to debug and fix errors, and to carry out code-level optimisations to make our client's websites faster. We implement Sentry on all of the websites and web applications that we develop for our clients unless they request us not to implement it. Sentry doesn't collect any personal information. How We Use the Collected Data

Statistical data collected via Google Analytics, Cloudflare and Sentry are used to track and block spammers and other malicious website traffic, we also use this data to provide better services and to optimise code and fix errors. We keep as much analytical data anonymised as possible, but in some situations, such as identifying bugs in a client's website or web application code, it isn't possible.

The data that we collect from our clients are used to provide services and to receive a payment in exchange. The collected contact details are used to allow the client to log into the Client Portal to manage the services we offer, contact information such as name and email address are used to contact the client with information, such as that regarding the services. Information such as billing email address and billing postal address are used to receive the payments and to contact the client regarding billing.

Data that we collect from the contact forms across the website is that submitted by the users and clients. Unless explicitly stated, all contact forms across the website, such as priority support forms, are linked to the user account of the client.

How We Store Collected Data

We do not store any analytical data, these data are anonymised and collected by third parties. The billing details of our clients are stored with Stripe, these are stored for an indefinite time until a client has requested an account cancellation and/or is no longer a client. Client data required by the Client Portal are safely stored in a protected database on our servers, with confidential fields encrypted.

A client can request for account deletion, or if they are cancelling their contract with Web Mastered Ltd., all of the client's data will be wiped completely from Web Mastered servers and all third-party services we use.

Marketing

We do not advertise any third-party and/or partnering companies to our clients.

Your Data Protection Rights

We at Web Mastered Ltd. would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

  • The right to access
    • You have the right to request Web Mastered Ltd. for copies of the personal data that we store of you. Do note that we charge an admin fee for this service.
  • The right to rectification
    • You have the right to request Web Mastered Ltd. to correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request Web Mastered Ltd. to complete any information you believe is incomplete.
  • The right to erasure
    • You have the right to request Web Mastered Ltd. to erase all of your personal data, under certain conditions. Do note that this will result in termination of your contract and services from Web Mastered Ltd.
