Yes! We can deploy our Engine CMS software onto a server that you already own, whether that's on-site or in the cloud. However, we do have certain requirements that the server needs to fulfil relating to software, hardware and remote access to ensure Engine CMS runs flawlessly. With less complex websites, the requirements are fairly light. Do note, that with an on-premise deployment, you will not have access to any of the Engine Cloud plans, and pricing will be different. We populate a new website with the content (text + assets) that was constructed during the design phase of the project during the deployment phase for free. Despite Engine CMS being designed to be as easy as possible for you to maintain your website, we can do that for you as well if you'd like. For more info, please contact us.
With a valid support plan, you will have access to a monthly quota of a fixed amount of hours that you can use for free support. If you request support, the hours it takes to resolve the support ticket get deducted from the quota, this includes design and development hours. If you run out of support quota hours, you will be billed at our standard hourly rate as stated in your contract. The unused support quota does not carry on to the next month. Do note that we are very flexible, for some support that we provide, we may not deduct hours from your quota or charge you.
